I am sorry this happened to you but I don't think there is much you can do. I was also a customer of AOL but when they made the change there was numerous e-mails they sent out regarding that they were changing over to free service. All you had to do was log into your account settings and change your account type to free. I did this as soon as I got the e-mail and was never again billed once they changed over to the free service. I can understand that you are upset but it is sort of your fault for not canceling the service because they notified all of their customers.
