Anything Wireless; a ripoff promised rebates & then claims to have sold the business. Staten Island, New York
On Nov. 12, 2001, I purchased a cell phone contract with voicestream with this company. In my contract, it says I am to receive a 120.00 rebate after six months.
I never received my rebate check. Everytime I called the store, I was told that the boss wasn't in and that a check would go out to me in June.
I went to the store today and the people working there said that new owners just bought the business in June and that they weren't responsible for the debts or obligations of the former owners. They also refused to give me the name of the man they bought the business from.
I would like the 120.00 I was promised.
