Later and in the protocol of the Notary Luis Acosta Mora, a writing is made in which it is indicated that Manfred Harter yields this hypothecating credit to Digermen S.A., represented in the act by the justiciable Frankie Jett, which is false, because Harter never carried out that cession and its company/signature was falsified in the document. Finally, a new writing is made respectively before another notary's office, in which the imputed Stephen Jett and his wife appear like empowered of the companies indebted and deserving of the hypothecating credit, and they give it by cancelled.
