Andrew Arnold currently owner of Associated Glass Corporation is a fraud. The absolute worst experience with any company or sales person in my life. My entire project was sabotaged by this person due to false dates which resulted in an extra 9 week delay. Not one phone call was ever returned. Once windows were installed things got even worse. Order was wrong and doors didn't open & close correctly & parts were missing. After dozens of calls nothing was ever done to date. I have windows with missing molding & door handles falling off broken.
Excessive amounts of corrosion and French glass doors that have rusted knobs and do not open or close. A complete nightmare. This was a brand new home construction and the losses keep mounting. Using Andrew Arnold from Associated Glass was the worst decision in my life.
