First, did you put your request in writting and keep a copy of it? If yes, then send another letter with a copy of the first to them again. Next, send a rebuttal to the credit reporting company with a copy of the letter or letters that you sent. If you had not sent a letter in the first place do that now, and make sure you mentioned who you talk to, and when. Send a copy of that letter to the credit bureau. Hope that helps.
