ANB-BP ripoff , they have not responded to repeated requests to close my acct. slow prossessing Wilmington Delaware
I requested over two years ago that this acct be closed and it is still showing up on my credit report... it is affecting my Debt-to-Income ratio costing me extra money on getting my home refinanced... Please someone make them close my acct once and for all!!!

First, did you put your request in writting and keep a copy of it? If yes, then send another letter with a copy of the first to them again. Next, send a rebuttal to the credit reporting company with a copy of the letter or letters that you sent. If you had not sent a letter in the first place do that now, and make sure you mentioned who you talk to, and when. Send a copy of that letter to the credit bureau. Hope that helps.
