I am going to provide you with with an example of what it means to abuse the your position as a Labor Ready Branch Manager. In attempt to silence an ex boyfriend and former Labor Ready employee from exposing newly discovered criminal activity by her (Ana Escoto) and her son Raymond Escoto of check fraud, forgery, and theft of nearly $10000.00 back in December of 2011.

She malicously retaliates by emotionally abusing thier 13 year old and severly. Months later it was discovered that Ana Esocto had been creating and fabricating fraudulent documentation (W-2 and pay stubs) to avoid paying any income taxes. In fact, 20 year Labor Ready branch manager was also stealing money from our Federal government by filing false imformation to obtaining money benifits that she was not legally entitled to recieve.

It was later discovered that this veteran branch manager was very actively involved in the commission of crimes of Fraud in which she was defrauding the IRS by tax evasion, insurance defraud (medical and vehicular), Credit Card Fraud, involved Check Fraud, mail tampering, and varias labor law violations to name a few.

In a desperate attempt to silence him she threatens him with "son for son" letting him know if her son Raymond suffers, then his son (they have a 13 yr old child together) will pay the price for his refusal to comply with her blackmail.

The authorities were contacted but being an expert and a complusive pathological liar she managed to with them over by playing the role of a victim and redirected the attention at the father indicating that he is just saying that to avoid paying child support and they believed her having no proof because it did not exist the man has been medically disabled.

Fearing that someone might believe him Ana launched an offensive in which she fabricated all sorts of lies against the father. After assassinating his character she decided to make her story believable and at the same time defraud him of his future settlement, she files for Calworks.

Calworks screening policy made it easier for Ana to qualify for the financial public assistance. This opened the door to other county public assistance programs that she was not able to recieve, for example child support. She did not need it is he woman makes six figures and the father is still disabled and according to the law she wouldn't get any child support but more than likely she would end up paying him child support.

So in order to circumvent the Family Court and risk being discovered she goes through the one time screening process which then opens up the many different resources available through Calworks. However, you need to be jobless or work very little to no hours, 100 dollars or less, or a criteria rivaling homelessness.

 

While in her officaial capacity as the branch manager of the Whittier location, Ana generates fraudulent documentation which she illegally uses to seeking and obtain (illegally) public welfare (because according to she cannot survive on a six figure income).

After reading the 540+ pages of the Calworks policies I discovered that once a person passes the pre-screening, you no longer need to qualify again for any other type of public welfare assistance. Giving Ana Carte Blanche to the services she especially the child support.

Ana succeeds in obtaing public welfare by producing the documentation needed to qualify and then verifies her own worker status as a temp worker for Labor Ready and omitted the information that she is the branch manager. For two and half years Ana Escoto is illegally receiving Calworks benifits and at the same time she is deliberately emotionally abusing the her own 13 yr old son just to spite the father.

Until that little boy approached me Amd bled his heart out to me about his mother's behavior. I promised that little boy that I would see you to his happiness. Well I contacted TrueBlue initially on October 31, 2012 and again on January 31, 2013. It gets ugly and I mean really bad.

So after a year later, I return from my assignment back east, and I am informed that Ana is still employed at Labor Ready as the branch manager and still receiving public assistance. I also discover she pled "no contest" to severe emotional child abuse, but more importantly that she had been sexually been assaulting their teenage son who at the time was 13-14 years old when all sorts of lewd behavior was being inflicted on the minor child

Livid at the criminal negligence of thisncompany who prides itself on their "Code of Ethics". But what makes me more angry is the documented fact that they had known of Ana Escoto's criminal activities in detail and they had been informed by Email, phone call and were mailed a 25 page detailed description of everything going on the as well as having been provided with certified documention to ensure that Ana would face justice. 

It wasn't until I threatened to provide the father with the information that I had, that they panicked and terminated their 20 year employee but only after I made it clear to them that she pled No Contest to the complaints I filed with them 18 months ago.

Disgusted at their inept irresponsibility I made sure they understood that had they done according to the policy Ana should have been incarcerated but do to stupidity and ignorance my narrative and the valid information fell on deaf stupid ears, resulting in the child molestation of that 14 year old.

Now the company refuses to at the very least provide the father a letter indicating that her termination was due to having used false information to apply, obtain and recieve cash benefits for two and half years. This past monday the 25 of July 2014, the father was levied $12000.00 from his disability due to this Child molesting branch manager who they are not recognizing as an employee of the company.

Im addition to that they are ignoring the father's pleas to help provide documentation so that he may get his life back and fix all the wrong that their employee while in her official capacity as the branch manager knowingly and willingly has been defrauding our government and the father.

Can anyone recommend a greedy and excellent attorney to sue this company for the obvious and I will gladly provide all the docmentation needed to accomplish this. In addition to that if anyone would like to assist in the incarceration of a parasite who was receiving a six figure salary and a.public assistance paycheck please contact the Los Angeles County DA attorney's and report this charlatan. Her full name is Ana Celia Escoto, dob 2/18/1963 and who worked at the Whittier location. I have all the documentation to support this mentioned above and more.

Here is a company (TrueBlue) that is not only responsible for Ana Escoto's defrauding the Calworks program, due to their refusal to act on a very reliable tip Ana Escoto has been very successful in stealing from the poor for your are now. This act of stupidity on behalf of their HR department has cost the County of Los Angeles thousands upon thoudands of dollars because they have known of this criminal activity since January of 2013.

Furthermore, this act of sheer ignorance by this company's Human Resources department at Trueblue, is actually responsible and should be accountable for the Los Angeles County financial losses that it continues to suffer because believe it or not Ana Escoto is still receiving public assistance.

To those who feel or believe that she is now eligible to receive it, who people should have your heads examined. The braud committed a crime and now is trying to hide her criminal past. She is only entitled to receive prison time. I can prove that this parasite has been actively involved in committing crimes for the past 10 years straight. 

 

Because TrueBlue was duped or to stupid or just in on everything. You be the judge.

Because TrueBlue's HR department till this very day continues to cost the County of Los Angeles thousands because this criminal parasite aka Ana Escoto continues to receive public assistance from Calworks.

This is due to the "FACT" that TrueBlue refuses to report Ana Escoto's criminal ACTIVITY to the appropriate law enforcement agencies which is in DIRECT violation of their own (so-called) "Code of Ethics".

I challenged the TrueBlue HR personnel by reporting their own criminal conduct because according to their " Code of so-called wanna be Ethics" all employees are to comply, which obviously thay are not.

The last time I checked that also included the dolts in HR who are continuing to ignore my demands that they need to comply as well because failure to do so is a violation in itself.

That's means that TrueBlue',s HR department is behaving criminal by covering up Ana Escoto's criminal conduct and should face criminal for their aiding and abetting Ana Escoto to continue stealing welfare money from those who truly deserve it.

I mean, I am no attorney nor do I claim to be, but judge for yourself OK. This company has had and continues to have in its possession unequivocal and irrefutable evidence that was provided by this child molesting deviant to the Superior Court in Norwalk.

In which she defrauding California State Controllers office by not paying any taxes from her employment. In fact, she is also defrauding our great State as well by filing for credits she knows very well she is not entitled to receive.

To add insult to injury, this child molesting deviant also DOES NOT pay the IRS any tax. In fact, she also steals from the IRS by filing false credits that gives her monies that again she is not legally entitled to receive and so much more. I mean she claims to have paid $6000.00+ for interest on a house that she knows very well does not exist.

I mean I have said this and so much more already, but my point to all this is the known fact that TrueBlue is very aware because all the nesessary documentation had been provided to them from 1/2013.

However, TrueBlue's HR personnel has not reported these very real crimes against our Federal Government, our great State of California, The California Department of Insurance for medical and vehicular fraud, and more.

I mean seriously they (HR department) fired her child molesting welfare defrauding criminal a*s for a reason. I mean who fires a 20 year old employee who has been a Branch Manager for 17+ years. The location that she used to manage in Santa Fe Spring's is now being managed by someone else. When you call and ask for Ana Escoto they personnel will immediately inform you that she is no longer with the company.

The fact that I now hold in a secure location all the evidence that got her terminated only makes TrueBlue look criminal because the last I checked these criminal acts of Ana Escoto were executed by her in her official capacity of a Labor Ready Branch Manager.

I mean you cannot hide the fact that Trueblue is criminal for allowing Managment to commit crimes and then knowingly try to cover it up by playing stupid as if they are unaware, but they fail to recall the fact that they terminated their employee after receiving an anonymous tip.

Let me also add that I have a copy of this phone call that made them panic and terminate the child molesting tax evading deviant. Which up until now still refuses to rebut or refute all of this information.

There is very and valid reason for that too and that is because it is all true. That's right, it is all true and to refut any of it would only open themselves to a more aggressive and valid verbal attack. So the best thing is to play ignorance band act if they nothing of this information.

However, TrueBlue HR and the child molesting deviant have been either verbally or by text message had been given the direct link to this page, so this bit about "I know nothing" ain't gonna fly.

I mean its bad enough that a single person discovered what this world wide corporation could not see going on right underneath their own nose. But now I have to finish what is their obligation is just plain ridiculous. If that's the case then how is this not called aiding and abetting, collusion, collaborating, and etc... 

Are you TrueBlue involved in these criminal acts or are to embarrassed to show your face. Either or I am going public with this then you can explain to the world your inability to act responsible. I can see your shares being used as toilet paper after this gets out.

As far as the child molesting deviant aka Ana Escoto do you remember that word "Exparte" well sometime in November or around Thanks Giving be prepared to go before the Judge and answer for your welfare fraud because if you think I have been just sitting around the house like you have, let's just say I am preparing to get back the $16000.00 dollars you stole and defrauded me of. In direct violation of a Domestic Violence TRO when you did not have custody.

Make sure to bring piggy because you are going to need someone to drive your car back because more than likely you are gonna be staying at the Twin Towers facility for your crimes against me. Please bring all your friends and family, because I am. This way everyone can see being hauled off to jail where you belong.

I am providing you a copy of what Ana Escoto purports to be her "Actual Yearly Earnings". I have removed her address and have left only the last four digits of her social security number.

Keep in mind that this child molesting tax evading deviant has been at the time a Branch Manager for probably 14 years and claiming to make under what a Branch Manager in training makes, which is $44,000.00 a year to start.

But in reality according to all the documentation that this DOLT submitted when she was trying mislead the presiding Judicial Officer in our case, I discovered that she actually made about $132,000.00 a year.

Keep in mind that she has yet to respond to any of the posted information against her and I can tell you why, because just like then when I presented her an opportunity to explain to the Court why she had been deliberately lying to them about the same information which I am providing you right now, she chose to be a chicken s**t coward and play stupid and using the lame excuse that I had been taking her to Exparte hearings once a week.

Should she deny this fact, let's just say I have an audio recording that will set her straight, because recordings do not lie, only people do.

For whatever reason the images of the TRO did not upload therefore I am uploading a PDF file in hopes that it will be displayed. The importance of this file is very relevant to this report because it is how I was able to discover Ana Escoto being involved in all sorts of Fraud.

The fact that I informed her employer (Trueblue) of her criminal conduct prior to me filing the TRO is upsetting. But to find out that they have done absolutely nothing only pissed me off even more. Because 2 and half years later she has been recievings a six figure salary and receiving public assistance. 

While I am medically disabled and not receiving any assistance. Let me add that because Ana has been successful in her evil and criminal endeavors by getting Calworks because I had to sign and release nearly $12000.00 dollars of my works compensation benefits to this greedy child molesting tax evading deviant.

My point to all this is the fact that had Trueblue done according to their code of ethics and terminated this rogue employee when they were initially informed back in 2012, my son would have not suffered we he did, Calworks would have not been defrauded and so much more. 

Their negligence is written all over this mess that they allowed Ana to create by not stopping her and playing possum. When they finally did terminate her, it was only because it was brought to their attention that Ana had pled "No Contest" to severe emotional abuse of a child.

Which was she same complaint in which they were originally told that due to her fabrication of fraudulent documents in which she was attempting to defraud me is how it was discovered that she was involved in defrauding the government (IRS) and more.

If not then I will see if I can submit the 25 page narrative that was originally submitted to TrueBlue along with all the supporting documentation. Because there is no reason that I can think of why anyone should have the right to receive a six figure salary (as a branch manager for 16years) and be able to receive a check from public assistance claiming to be in need.

That's just dirty, plain and simple. TrueBlue lack of action on their part resulted in this illicit behavior by their employee, therefore they should be also accountable for it. Right?

Here I am providing you with my TRO declaration that I submitted to the Superior Court in Norwalk in which Ana was given ample notice to show up and be present to answer to the same Court that she had been lying to the entire time in regards to complaints about everything.

Ana fearing arrest (presumably) decided that this time she better not go. Because every time before that she would be there in court with her sidekick who's name is irrelevant but who I will dubb "Mrs.Piggy" for the storyline. This TRO hearing was after finding out all sorts of weird and unorthodox behavior by Ana.

Now this was filed along with other information after discovering that this woman had been walking in to the bathroom while our 14 year old son was showering. But what made it this situation unacceptable is that she never did this before (regardless of what lowlife piece of escriment says) and I know this because I used to live there. So if anyone would know I would know. 

But when I learned that she was insisting on spooning with our son who told me that his mother creap him out and to get him out that house and away from her that when I filed for the TRO.

Note: If anyone should come forward to defend this child molesting tax evading deviant, be advised I have an audio file of the that night in which she took flight in direct violation of the TRO. DO NOT think for a second that I don't, because I will expose you as well. Trust and Believe that I will have something that I want to share with you and the entire world and you don't want me to go there.

So that have been said the next update will have you at awwwww. Because it is bad enough that this all going on but when I show you how she defrauds our Government and then robs it, you will be disgusted because I sure hell was.

I apologize for type-o's but keep in mind I crammed 3 years of information but I left out the real juicy areas for later. But this situation does not end here in gets more outrageous and unbelievably mind blowing to read. This would make an excellent movie. I have left out a lot of the details and for a very good reason. There is one thing that will always taunt the guilty and that is not knowing everything. But also for safety concerns because as it is there has been incidents in which total strangers that have never been seen before had been hiding in the shadows (and according to the witnesses) saw this person with a gun in hand as he seemed to be waiting directly outside the fathers residence.
