Complaint Review: An Estate in Time Jennifer Lamb - Scottsdale Arizona

I stated that you use a Scottsdale UPS store address,. That is factual as you have confirmed.  I stated that reviews were written by your sister, brother in law, brother, sister in law, and other family members and friends. That is factual! They do not state in their reviews that there is a relationship nor do you in your comments. it's very misleading. In addition, I never claimed to be a former employee, client or customer. I was interested in your services, until I discovered you are not Scottsdale based and I started seeing so many reviews by your family. I've not lied at all and am simply pointing out facts. You claim that your family members have left honest real reviews but you state in your rebuttal that if people want to see honest reviews they can look you up on the BBB and ASEL, and Ethical Az. (All sites that your family and friends did Not leave reviews on). So their reviews on Google are not Honest?

As the owner of An Estate In Time, LLC, I take these complaints and negative reviews very seriously.  After carefully reviewing my records, I can find absolutely no evidence of any interaction with you; either as a customer or as a client. These reviews that you continue to leave are factually inaccurate as you have never worked for me, never conducted business with my company, nor been a client of this company. 

As you have repeatedly said on Google, Rip Off Report, and ASEL, you believe that many of the reviews on my Google my Business page were made up by family and friends. You are quite mistaken. I have held estate sales for many of the individuals you listed on your review; although you believe otherwise. I also have verified business transactions from every single customer that left a review.

However, your reviews are a different story. After carefully reviewing my records, I can find absolutely no evidence of any interaction with you; either as a customer or a client. These reviews that you continue to leave are factually inaccurate as you have never worked for me, never conducted business with my company, nor been a client of this company. You have no factual basis for your negative reviews. You don't personally know any of the individuals you listed in your review, nor after talking with them, do they know you, or who you claim to be. 

I do have a business mailing address in Scottsdale as I conduct 60-70% of my sales in the Scottsdale area. It is not uncommon for credible businesses to have business mailing addresses for business mail and privacy purposes.

You have been repeatedly and maliciously libeling and slandering my business and now me personally. Not only have you filed false complaints on ASEL, but also on Google and now here. I have filed a police report against you or whom you claim to be and I have contacted my attorney as well. I would appreciate it if you would contact me directly if you have an issue with my business or with me personally.
