Dear Amtrak Executive:
Good Morning or Good Afternoon to You!
How is your day today in sunny Washington, District Of Columbia and/or wherever else You are in the World?
My day is going fine, thank you, except due to the Fact that back on Friday, September 8, 2017, I took an Amtrak Trip from Downtown Los Angeles, California Union Station out to Fullerton, California and Your Train was so d**n, Bloody Late!
There were absolutely No Warning Announcements, nor any Legitimate Excuses To Explain The Trains' Lateness, however, I was and am still Very Angry And Upset because of it!
That Train did Not Leave The Station until at least 6:21 P.M. instead of 5:10 P.M. which was its' original time which was Well Over One Whole Hour Of Waiting!
Not Only That, but your train was So Overcrowded That I Saw Customers Walking Around Apparently Without Seats (whether that was True Or Not!), that is What I Saw!
Furthermore, because of Your Trains' Disgusting Lateness, Your Staff Never Offered The Customers A d**n Thing For The Lateness!
Not Even A Glass Of Water!
Are You Just That Stupid, Selfish Or Greedy? Or What?
You Obviously Do Not Know How To Treat Your Customers Right!
Shame On You!
Well because of Your Trains' Lateness, when I arrived at the Fullerton Station to catch Your Bus On The Way To Palm Springs, California, that Bus, Of Course was Obviously Late Too!
In Addition: During The Bus Ride On Your Personal Amtrak Bus, there of course were No Plug Outlets, No Wi-Fi and were Quite Warm On Top Of It And I Could Not Even Open A Window In Order To Get More Air Into Your Hot Bus!
.....and of course, There Was No Cold Water Served Either for Amtrak's Lateness and/or For The Major Inconvenience!
Once Again, You Do Not Have Any Class, nor Know How To Treat Your Customers Right!
