Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Back in December of 2004, Marvin from Ameriquest Mortgage contacted us. We gave him all of our information. He called back and said that we needed a CPA letter stating how much money would be made through the Home Base Business that we were trying to start, because the SSI and child support income was not enough money for us to get a loan.

We told Marvin that we would not do that because we did not know how much the business would bring us a month. Then he said that he would get the loan because he had ways to get around not having the letter. The next day Marvin called back and said we had the loan and for us not to pay our December note because it would offset all of his figures.

So we bought christmas gifts for our children and family with the money. He said we would sigtn loan papers on December 21, 2004. Marvin told us that the note would be arount $1008 to $1010 per month and that we would have about $10,000 cash our in our pocket after everybody was paid.

When we sat down with the notary lady from the title company (True Title), the note was $1194.90 and we only had $3000 in our pocket. Not everyone was paid. It was not what we talked about on the phone. When Mitchell called Marvin on the phone, he told Mitchell that was the best he could do.

We signed the papers because we were backed into a corner because we had already spent our note money because Marvin said not to pay it because it would change his figures. We signed the papers with the intention fo refincancing within 6-8 months with someone else for a cheaper note.

Then when we tried to refinance 6-8 months later we were turned down because of a debt ration problem. So we waited 6 months and tried again and was turned down again.

Then we got a letter from La Joint Insurance company in January 2005 for us to renew our house insurance. We were under the inpression that we had All State Insurance because that is what is stated on our loan papers when we signed. We contacted them and that is when Breanna at the office of the President admitted that they canceled the insurance with All State and rewrote checks to La Joint without my permission, knowledge or signature and did nto pay the full amount. But they went ahead and paid the remaining balance owed toLa Joint for the year2004 because she said they should not have done that.

Then we tried to refinance in approximately May or June of 2006 and we were asked if I still made $5000 a month from Parfait's Services Inc. (which we never heard of that company before). We told them no and that is when we contacted Ameriquest Mortgage. They refused to give us a copy of anthing. But on day in Auguest someone was nice enough to fax us a copy of the letter, but would not give us their name.

Then a few weeks later we asked for a copy of everything we had in our file. When we received a copy of our file it did not have a copy of the phone application or a copy of the letter that was faxed to us.

So we called Ameriquest again and requested the same information and they said they would send it. Well again it did not have the information in it the envelope. By this time a few months had gone by.

Then Mitchell called Breanna at th office of the President again and she told us to write a letter requesting the phone application and for us to fax it to her and she would fax us the application. So I did just what she asked and she did just what she dais. When I received the fax of the phone application there it was.

It stated that I Florence M Parfait woned Parfait Services Inc and that I made $5000 a month. When I initialed the phone application at the closing that information was not there.

I have never heard much less owned a company named Parfait Serivces Inc. before. Since August we have been trying to get help with this situation. So far we have had no luck finding help. Right now we are 3 months behind on the note.

After speaking to a finance company lady, she told us about the class action lawsuit and in our research that when we found out that we were not the only ones that Ameriquest Mortgageforged or made up notes for just to get people loans. Otherwise our loan would not have taken place.

On numerous phone calls to Ameriquest Mortgage the workers have told us that this is what they do to get people loans and that it islegal for them to do so.

They don't want to refinance us or even help us out. They told us that is we can't send them the whole amount owed in one check that they would not accept the payment and send us back our check. They are threating to forclese my house if I can't send them the whole amount owed.

They don't understand what they did to me was wrong. How can they forclose my home when they know what they did was wrong. I have 3 children. What do they want me to do. Live on the street with my 3 children.

Law Officials letting Ameriquest get away with FRAUD!!!!

#2Author of original report

Ken from Holland, Michigan is there a way you can get me in contact with your attorney? Seems that your attorney is not afraid of Ameriquest and their money or their lawyers. I spoke to an attorney said I have a federal, civil, and criminal case. I didn't hire the lawyer yet. Ameriquest committed FRAUD and I need a lawyer with guts to put them in their place. FRAUD voids the contract. That's the bottom line. If a judge votes in there favor, he didnt really do his job. PLease contact me through here. Mitchell Parfait
