Complaint Review: Amerihope Alliance - plantation Florida

Without a person's name or contact information there is no way to identify the writer/author. Was it written by a competitor? is the information accurate? or just maliciousness, false claims, without any verifiable facts?

Our law firm's response is: consumer must do their research and verify all the information. At this point, there is not a lot a company can do to protect their good character from a site like this one. Our firm has received nine (9) awards in the last five (5) years and we have over 300 veritable reviews on legitimate web-sites. Our reputation can also be confirmed with the state bar associations where our attorneys are licensed.

Our firm refuses to pay this company, or their bogus "reputation management service" in exchange for removing postings.

Unfortunately one (1) bad comment can outweigh ten (10) good ones, but common sense and lots of research must be applied. RipOff Report has its critics, just Google complaints about them.

 What about my case file and detailed list of what you actually did for me? I doubt it was much of anything but yet you took my payments. Then cut me off.

Amerihope is a little hole in the wall Boiler Room in plantation florida. You charge money to file for loan modifications which are free. You do nothing at all other than file for modification and you have zero leverage with the banks even though you claim otherwise. You do negotiate because a negotitation would mean that you are submitting offers and the bank would respond instead you submit the same paperwork that I submitted on my own 5 times without you and you got the same answer that I got which is NO but before that you lied and said you could get a mod for us because you were connected. You are known scam artist!

My, name is Sherrill Clark, I have held the position of Operations Manager at Amerihope Alliance Legal Service for the last eight (8) years.

I am an advocate of legitimate online reviews. My issue with this site is that reviews are not validated or verified. This site makes money by companies paying to dispute reviews. The review was written by a person who does not state their name: an anonymous review.

 

Our attorney and firm have no idea who this person is. Another attorney that has a beef with our firm? a past employee? Another firm soliciting our clients?  There's no way to know.

 

If we did, we could initiate a slander law suit. Falsely stating that a firm is being investigated by the Attorney General and that an attorney has been disbarred is grounds for a slander law suit.  

We stand behind our attorneys, our record, our numerous awards, and our hundreds of positive reviews on Trustlink and Lawyers.com. This complaint does not accurately depict either the foreclosure process, the loan modification process or the standards by which our firm represents our clients.
