Amerifunding.net Fraud - Victims Information and Reporting Contacts Annandale Virginia
Have you been victimized by Amerifunding.net by the "$25,000" program (guaranteeing a 10x return in 30 days) or bilked out of fees for the fraudulent and non-existent bank guarantees and project funding instruments they purport to offer?
Please contact your local state regulators agency first - then contact and report to the Virginia State Regulatory Authorities (804) 371-9051.
The VA authorities should be contacted as it is believed these people are operating out of Northen Virginia. Of course - they have no physical address on the website because they don't want you to be able to find them in person once they have bilked you out of fees or investment in one of thier "trading programs".
Further, the inevitable class action lawsuit against the company and individuals will start with lead counsel obtaining the list of victims from the Virginia authorities first so please be sure you have reported the fraud.
Your local authorities should also be notified as there are interstate wire fraud issues involved with thier operation. I represent two victims directly and we know of several more. Make your report to the proper authorities so this company can be shut down as soon as possible to protect the public.
