Americredit ripoff business from hell Arlington Texas
I have been a customer of Americredit's for almost 3 years now. In the past three years, we have been stolen from, lied to, and mislead. They have no intra-office communication to speak of, and they lie to you when you call them on anything.
We pay our payments, albeit not all the time on time, but they get paid. They call your family from out of town if they can't get ahold of you and their practices border on harrassment.The customer service reps are inadequate, and the managers are no better.
Please think twice before allowing them to carry your car loan. It has been three years in hell.

The finance company is not guilty of ripping you off just because you have personal financial hardships. If your payment is going to be late, call the company yourself before it is late. The people that are being contacted when your payment is late are names and phone numbers you provided when you applied for credit. Call center employees are not the devil. They are working stiffs with crappy low paying jobs just like you.
