Americas Service Station They did not do the work the were paid to do. Have came back 3 times. Very rude people. Canton Georgia
I took my truck there after they gave me an estimate that was much less than the dealership. I also had a coupon for a free oil change. They assured me the work would be completed that evening. They also told me they would call when it was done. By 7pm I had to call and they told me the technician left early and I could pick it up the following morning.
The next morning I called and they put me off and said to call later. I called 4 times up until 6pm that evening when the manager said I could come and get it. So I showed up and the man took another 45 minutes to come up with my paperwork.
When he gave me the invoice it was $400 dollars more than he quoted. Of course I questioned the balance and the manager argued with me for 15 minutes about how other families had to eat also. He came up with some pretty bogus reasons to why it was so much more.
Finally, he gave it to me at the price we both agreed on to begin with. Although, the oil change was never completed. He said they were too busy and I would have to bring it back.
3 months later I went to the Toyota dealership for a tire rotate and balance and the technician brought me back and showed me exactly where the problem I payed America's Service Station to repair was NOT done at all.
I spent nearly $900 to have a seal in my back right axle repaired and they did absolutly nothing but waste my time and money. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE CROOKS!!
