These guys took in a jeep Cj7 that did not need a clutch, just an adjustment and sold me one. IT does not feel right and they could not show me the old parts I will have it confirmed and update this site.
The main reason I am filling this complaint is because of at the same visit they told me I needed an Intake Manifold gasket to eliminate a large vaccuum leak causing a rough idle. I approved over phone only to later find that in replacing an intake gasket also consists of an exhust gasket, which at the time of replacement there was a broken bolt in question, that was not brought my attention.
The job was complete so they say! for me to pick-up. Now I have an exhust manifold leak they tell was there. I know differently... I left unsatisfied and they knew it, and did not care. The next day a local Muffler shop looked at the broken bolt in question and told me it would take removing both intake and exhust manifolds, extracting the bolt replacing the gasket I paid Americas service station to replace in the first place.
Basically I will pay two businesses to perform the same task!! I would not TRUST these people with my daughters big wheel!!
