Americas Service Station destroyed my rear end WHAT A MISTAKE - WARNING Austin Texas
I took my 1999 Yukon to Americas Servcice Station, Bee Caves Road, Austin, Texas. WHAT A MISTAKE. The 1st repair bill was 900+ $, the second was 1100 + $, and finally the third was 1700 $. The 3rd repair was done by a competent GM dealership and they had to replace the whole rear end. The dealership told me that Americas Servcice Station destroyed my rear end. I retained the destroyed rear end as I knew I would be needing it in court based on my previous experiance with Americas Service Station. The reason I am going to court is because the owner will not return my call from Sept 2005. I called again on Dec 16 2005 and no return call. When I stopped by the Americas Service Station, Bee Caves Road, Austin, Texas on Dec 17th 2005, this guy named Tommy, says he does not know how to get a hold of the owner, even though the owner told me in Sept 2005 that when a Customer calls the 1-800- number for their complaint dept it rings the owner's phone. I suppose one could say that Tommy is a LIAR, but he could just be incompetent, or maybe he just forgot ... I am getting the run around, so I will take them to court. My advice is to STAY CLEAR of AMERICAS SERVIVCE STATION on BEE CAVES ROAD in AUSTIN TEXAS.
