American Online Standard Had to pay a $199 fee before I could see listings & the $199 fee was for the title search to make sure there were no leins on the house. Sent letters out to the listings & never received any word. Apparently the only way you will get your money back is if you send them 3 letters from the made up addresses stating they were not interested in selling. Ventura California
Had to pay $199 in order to see the listings & they give you made up address that are "for sale" & will not give you your money back.
