On Thursday,28 September 2017, I dialed (877) 807-6468, which ia the phone number for American Mint, and spoke with a man whose name was "Dave" and who claimed to be a supervisor. I had called an American Mint employee several days ear4lier and was told that I could not get a refund on the six Trump coins which I sent back to American Mint, using their Pre-Paid label on or about 22 August 2017. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but was told that there was no supervisor availaqble. At this time, i would like to quote what I consider to be a relevant complaint which was written by an Ex-employee of American Mint:

"Be aware that when you call the customer service line (877) 807-6468, you are put on a speaker phone (which you will not even notice) while all the other employees quietly laugh, roll thwie eyes, and make fun of you..."

On Thursday, 28 September 2017, just before I placed a second phone call to the American Mint, I composed a two page letter which was addressed to Mr. Michael Young, the president of American Mint. When I was connected to the so-called supervisor whose name was "Dave," and read him portions of my two page letter, I had no idea that 1.) "Dave" was not a genuine superisor, and/or 2.) that my telephone conversation was being broadcast to every employee within hearing distance of the speaker phone, as the Ex-employee stated in the paragraph above.

In spite of my plea for "Justice,""Compassion," and above all, "Mercy," all I got was that I had used up all five of my so-called "30 day inspection" dates, inspite of the fact that I was in the hospital from 29 June 2017, and in a coma from 29 June until 5 July and until 14 July 2017, at which time, I was transferred to aWarm Springs Rehab Center from 14 July until 27 July 2017.I was then told that American Mint was returning all six of the Trump coins and would bill me somewhere in the order of $82.60 for the sixth Trump coin, since American Mint had already billed my State Farm Credit card for each of the first five coins. Again, I would like to quote the last few lines from the Ex-(American Mint) employee:

"They (referring to the American mint employees) take advantage of people, especially the elderly. Even when people are in the hospital, having health problems, or just living on disability, they DO NOT CARE. This is only a beginning of what American Mint does to its customers..."

I hope that my true story, coupled with the first-hand observations of an Ex-employee, will serve as a warning to other unsuspecting buyers. Again, as the Ex-(American Mint) employee observed:

"...I advise everyone to stay away from that (again referring to American Mint) company, and if you really do need to order items from there, just know your information!"
