Contact the Better Business Bureau online at bbb.com. AHS will respond back to them quickly. Make sure you get your own estimates or if the claim is old, have your receipts ready to upload. AHS has a AAA plus rating and they keep it that way by honoring their contract only when they have to with the BBB. The BBB doesn't have a clue as to how many people have issues but don't file with them. AHS's only concern are those claims they have to answer to the BBB about. I read a post that stated only one out of ten will complain and that means AHS only has to pay one out of ten claims they deny. What a racket! Be the one out of ten that gets your money. I did it on two different denials. One was almost a year old. I got a check from AHS on both claims. I called an honest contractor and they got the money to make the repair. AHS's contractors got nothing. Contact the BBB. I am passing this on to as many sites as possible hoping to get everyone to file a claim. It only took me 15 mintues to file and two weeks to get paid!
