i have purchase both my bedroom set and my living room sets.. no problems to report here!! they usually tell you about giving them heads up before picking up ur furniture..

Please call Susan she is terrific at helping customers, especially if they feel like they are getting a run around. Not only will you get better customer service the employees involved will recieve a warning documentation in their personel file. Although poor customer service rarely happens I have seen this company terminate employees on the spot. This company now has over 30 locations and tens of thousands of HAPPY CUSTOMERS we want to make you one of them. This is the best company I have ever worked for! I wish I was your account rep, you would be a happy American Freight customer for life.

I would be more than willing to go in with any and all unhappy consumers from american freight. How did you get a corporate number? According to them they don't have a corp office! Ha! Help!
