AMERICAN FREIGHT - TONAWANDA NY SCAM ARTISTS WITH POOR QUALITY PRODUCT Buffalo New York
I will keep it short and simple. Poor quality furniture and worse customer service.
After missed delivery dates and items on order being cancelled we where owed a refund of over $ 500 for items never received. It took 9 MONTHS and calling every 3-4 days TO GET OUR MONEY BACK -we PAID CASH. The company check was supposedly in the mail and the store went through several layers of management, I believe in an effort to stall me.
That may seem like the worst part but the furniture we ended up with is true nightmare......both the family room chair and couch as well as our mattress set needs to be replaced.
Don't get sucked in by the cheap prices...the furniture is crap.
Pay a little more for a better experience and higher quality product. If my story isn't enough there are over 50 others on this site alone.
