American Custom Jeep E-Bay is also used to sell there vehicles Have not received my registration or plates. its been 6 months since I bought the vehicle and paid it in full. Houston Texas

I purchased my 2017 Jeep Wrangler unlimited from American Custom Jeep through E-Bay back in June of this year. It is now 12/12/17 and I still do not have my registration for my vehicle. I have called so many times I cannot count anymore. When I call I get the same responce,they are working on it and they should get it shortly. I want to mention I really like the Jeep and the upgrades they installed. Its fun to drive and the Wife and I love the vehicle. I cannot register the Jeep because they havent sent me the Pink Slip. At this point I dont know what else to do but register this complaint and hope someone can help me. I tried calling E-Bay for help and they told me because I waited 3 months to make a complaint there was nothing they could do. Im still supriced at that responce but that there position. I dont think Im being unreasonable here, all I want is to be able to complete the transaction and get this vehicle in my name.
