I was sent a letter in the mail on how to improve my credit rating and at the same time to establish better credit I called the number they had on the card and thet told me what i had to do so i did and it also involved money which i had paid by check when i had recieved my package i did not think anything about it until i had been ripped off ealier this month on another scam which at those times i did not have an computer to check the web sites as i do now. when i had brought up the web site it said it was a fraud.
