American Credit Educators (ACE) CONTACT ME LETS GET THESE GUYS INVESTIGATED! Denver Colorado
Thank you for taking the time to read this. Obviously a lot of people have been wronged by this company. It needs to be investigated. Please contact me through the rebuttal if this company has caused you problems. I will respond to every email sent within a day. We can get this compnay investigated by the Federal government if we are organized with our complaints. I would have contacted all the below individuals but unfortunately they left no email address. Please take the time to email me, this will not be in vein, ive had dealings with rats before and the run soon enough. Once this company is out of business you will then be able to write to the credit bearues, if this company does not respond within thiry days (which they wont because they will be gone) your credit will then be cleared...... well lets put me to the test ey!

ACE Is A Scam And They Should Be Sued!

5 yrs ago I had gotten one of those ACE "credit kits" that came in conjunction with the ACE visa issued by UCNB. I cancelled the card after I realized their $300 credit kit was a scam. I included the UCNB account that the kit was charged to in a BK7 in 2001. Never heard anything for 5 years then I was checking my credit reports and I saw ACE's tradeline across all three reports. I disputed it and they verified it and now ACE wants to collect the debt that I went bankrupt on. I told them this was a discharged debt throught the court but they apparently don't care. I am considering filing suit against this shady company.

I too was ripped off by this fraudulent company ACE and I want something done so they cannot continue ripping off unsuspecting consumers. AND, I want them to have their blemish removed from my credit record, ASAP!

I too have fallen victim to ACE... they claim they were never paid by the bank...but if that was true then why would United Credit National Bank charge the card? The account is now closed and I can't seem to get these people off my credit report which is impairing my credit by reporting me late for something that has already been paid. So any action that can be taken I would glady to get this situation resolved.
