Re: ACE Acct # 10188083
The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act states that you may:
-- add a statement disputing the accuracy or completeness of the information.
The pre-approved visa application you sent was obviously not my handwriting and done without my knowledge. I sent you a copy of a utility bill of the domicile I reside which was not the same address as sent you have sent.
You ignored this proof that you sent me a letter claiming I have not responded to your letters. When I called your (800)972-0005, Tammie received those correspondence. Your tactics make me vigilant in telling the whole consumer race and race brows on regulating offices about your canny tactics.
I demand you produce the copy of the check of the $19 processing fee made payable to United Credit National Bank. If it was coming from my checking information, my true and genuine signature, then I rest my case.
