American Capitol AKA Peoples Credit ripoff Tampa Florida
Contacted by phone,girl gave name of sarah,
credit card to be sent after ach withdrawal of 249.00,
which occured on 8-15-2002.
Traced withdrawal to United Bank-California. Called bank was told to call ACH direct, which i did, was informed that they no longer handle transfers for American Capitol, imagine that!, woman on phone gave me a bogus address as follows - American Capitol, 13033 Ridgedale Dr., 205 Minnetonka, Mn., 55305.
I can find no such business. Woman on phone also informed me of many phone calls from people searching for numbers to contact this so called company.
What these clowns fail to understand,is the same technology that makes it possible to prey on trusting,hardworking americans,will lead to their frontdoor eventually,some may say you will never see that money again,this may be true,but it won't be due to lack of effort.
The girl i talked to about card (sarah),(dan)gave her location to be in tampa,florida,whether this is true who knows,we shall see.
