American Bankruptcy American Bankruptcy Alliance Website states keep vehicles, paid $199 asked question about vehicle, contradicted website claims. Internet
I believed what they promised on there website, they will help you prepare your docs then direct you to local office to file your docs. which they don't even have one for my city. Website says you can keep upto 2 vehicles when filing bankruptcy. So i went ahead and paid them $199. then after i got user acct and logged in i asked if i could keep my vehicle and now the answer to changed to "You have to do what the court dictates" I have asked for refund and they will not give me back my money. i have also filed complaint with FTC and consumer division for false advertising and keeping my $199 for answering one question.
This company should be taken down and people should not be lead to believe that all there troubles will go away if you give them money. I paid them for absolutely nothing!! please do not let them take advantage of you.
