American Auto Acceptance is a company created by George dean Johnson and is owned by the Johnson Group. The Johnson family uses poverty coercion to trap poor people into loans that can never be paid off.
I bought a 2013 dodge grand caravan at 39,000 miles for 16000$ at 28% apr in Feb 2019. Today the car has a blown transmission and after paying over 4000$ the loan payoff today is $15,675.73 and thats after $4,480 worth of payments. Now that the transmission has blown they want to settle for almost the amount of whats left on the loan.
The Johnson family has been creating poverty in America since the 1990's with their payday loan business and car financing and other businesses that prey on people in poverty. The Johnson family also "donates" to politicians all the time so its almost impossible to get regulations in Auto financing on the topic of Apr. George dean Johnson jr and the next generation of Johnson are cheating the American people and getting away with it. They finance cars that won't work within 13 months.
The Johnson Group/American Auto Acceptance has many fees that will make you basically a slave to your loan which is funny because when your on hold with their company they play music that most minorities would view as racist or "good old boys" music. Help me stop them. We can all get together, customers and former employees.
Help me stop some of the poverty by taking the fight to a business that creates it. Their high apr caused me to go homeless for a month. I have tons of information about the Johnson family and I will be making a youtube video that shows how they create poverty, the politicians they donate to, politicians responses to why they would take money that was earn by manipulating capitalism, and their past like helping this country go to war by being George Bush finance guy during his election, and how they manipulate politics by playing both sides.
Whatever you do don't let your poverty coerce you into the worst decision of financing with American Auto Acceptance. I have been complaining about them on their LinkedIn account, then they tried to take away my free speech by sending a cease and desist letter, that can't be enforced, when that didn't work they disabled comments on their pages. They will use scare tactics to silence you. I picked LinkedIn because George dean Johnson jr and the 3rd use that website to deceive the public.
On LinkedIn George Dean Johnson jr makes it appear like they are helping people by having toy and food drives, but I wonder if poor people would need their handouts if normal apr was given. Everything I have said I can backup with proof and anyone that would like to connect with me, my email [email protected]. To the Johnson family, you will never shut me up.

Oh yes typical "Sub-Prime" borrower who blames everyone else.
First off no one forced you to accept the loan at that Interest Rate, that was YOUR choice. The only reason the interest rate was that high was because you have not proven you can handle credit, and they were likely the only ones who were willing to take a chance on you. Oh and don't say you had great or even fair credit because if that was the case you could have gone to more regular banks and gotten a much lower rate.
It is always amazing how people think that if companies were just not allowed to charge higher rates that they would still have gotten a loan. The fact is that instead of having a Higher Interest on your loan...you would have not gotten the loan in the first place.
As for the loan, the loan is 100% independent of the car. That is regardless of the status of the car or if it needs repairs you are responsible for the loan payments. Yes, this means that even if the car is not driveable or you no longer have it in your posession. By the way any issue with the car you need to deal with the Dealer, but you would have a very hard time of proving that they knew there was an issue if it took about a year before it broke down. It doesn't matter what bank or finance company you are with...this is how it works.
As for the rest of your narrative...while quite hillarious is 100% irrelevant. Before you start talking about your Freedom of Speech, perhaps you should go back and read the Constitution again. Your rights were not violated by them banning you.
Oh and NO contrary to your thoughts no one that posted has anything to do with this company. Typical response though when someone posts something contrary to the narrative you are trying to put forward, accusing them of working for the company is pretty standard when the original poster has nothing to really dispute what was stated. As for how we found your report. Take a look at the top of this site, you will see a link that says "Recent Reports"....I'll let you figure it out from there.

This company has fixed my problem and not only fixed it but showed the care that I have been dreaming of. They took into consideration all of my veteran disabilities and took into consideration my earnings and cost of living and gave me a more reasonable settlement offer than family would have.
I have asked ripoff report to delete the complaint and they denied the request. I hope that they do because because this company fixed the problem and does not belong on the complaint site if the complainer says so because every situation is different and this is not a court.

Wanted to say thank you for letting me and other poor see how you think. I wont waste time anymore on rebuttals because customers have a way to contact me. If you are a future customer please read their rebuttal and know this is one of those scare tactics I warned of. They believe they can ridicule to make you silent.
They will use "bots"/employees to say what The Johnson group is thinking. But notice how carefully they pick their words and how they sort of slander themselves to make us think its not them. Thank you for telling all us poor people its our fault and how its cool for the rich to prey on the poor. After this I will ignore this and wait for the emails.
I am confident so your slander does not bother me and please pour it on, I really want people to see this form of scare tactic. Last, I just googled my report and could not find it and I am the first of American credit Acceptance to use this site. How did you find it, wait i emailed American credit acceptance right after I made the report to tell them where i did a report and what i said and I can show that too.
Like i said i always have proof and to my fellow veterans, they just said thank you for my service 4 hours ago while on the phone is this is how they treat us. Please pour on the ridicule, I had drill sergeants before, I can handle it.

YOU are being financed by this subprime deadbeat lender ONLY BECAUSE of YOUR history of NOT paying YOUR bills on time. Otherwise, you would have a low APR loan from a bank. If you are THAT "poor" you cannot afford the car, then YOU shouldn't have bought if. You aren't ENTITLED to a free car! You sorry deadbeats make decent people want to throw up!

Don't worry i won't get discouraged or mad because of ignorance and I am happy to see that this company would stoop this low, your comment proves my point, thank you. See unlike this company, i believe in free speech. I know its the company because no one would be able to find this just yet, i just did it today, but i sent this company an email of how to find this comment.
