Just wanted to express my deepest feelings of disappointment about how AA has been treating its Customers. We were supposed to travel to Las Vegas coming from Pittsburgh. Our fight was late and we missed our connection in Dallas having our tickets rebooked for the next morning. No assistance at all from AA at Dallas Airport.

I've called customer and no help as well. I think it is unfair that we did not get the chance to try to catch our connection flight to Las Vegas. AA rebooked us to morning flight even though there was time for.us to catch our so booked flight (right but possible). I think it is unfair that after having been rebooked we did not get food and accommodation vouchers from AA....but we still had to pay for our hotel night in Las Vegas. I think it is unfair that we have to pay for accommodation in Dallas as well.

It is easy to through responsibility on us instead. It is easy to find different excuses for the same issue (yes..I was told it was a weather problem by the customer service person at the airport and that it was traffic control issues in Pittsburgh causing the delays). Don't even know what the real problem was because even AA customer service gave me accurate information but both were very clear to say the issue was beyond their control (what issue...they gave me different reasons).

We end up being the only one charged for the issues that we surely know we haven't caused. We checked in at least 3 hours before our scheduled flight. AA knew we would not make it and could have put us on an earlier flight or on another airline. But instead we end up paying hotel twice (in Dallas and in Las Vegas), not to mention meetings we had to cancel... Again....very disappointed. AA used to be way better. I believe you probably don't care about my complaint about it it is the least I feel I should do. Sincerely
