Ambient Planet Employees: Ernie Zambrano, Colleen Mc Govern Slave labor. Not paid for work! Internet, New York
Ambient Planet and employees Ernie Zambrano and Colleen Mc Govern are scam artists. I was never paid for a Quiznos promotion from September 2010. I worked for 2 days handing out coupons and going to local businesses promoting the Quiznos brand. The marketing agency I worked for never paid me and I believe never had any intention of paying me for the work I have completed.
Almost immediately after completing the work these two stopped returning phone calls and responding to email questions. I though it was strange at the time but now looking back it they cut ties immediately because they had no intention of paying hard earned wages. These aren't the days of slavery and indentured servitude. You cannot trick someone into working for you like this. Not only have I never been paid. I have never been given any explanation or response after multiple attempts to contact Ambient Planet. I worked with someone who also was never paid.
I also think this is corporate irresponsibility from quiznos. They should have checked the background and reputation of a marketing company before hiring them for their promotions. There are many marketing agencies that have pristine reputations. It seems fishy to me that quiznos hired this obscure disreputable company to hire people for them.
This is America you cannot have someone working for you like a slave for no pay. I will never patronize quiznos again. I will give the people I have worked with at Ambient Planet a negative reference every chance I get. I was not getting paid that much, and it is not the money that matters to me. I would like to be paid, but I would like even better to be treated like a human being.
