Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT YOU CONTACT ALL AUTHORITIES IMMEDIATELY!

THIS IS A PROVEN CRIMINAL (censored)! See Rip-Off Report #47937 for details:

http://www.ripoffreport.com/view.asp?id=47937

DO NOT PAY THESE (censored) BILLS! BY DOING SO, IT'S EQUIVALENT TO ADMITTING THAT YOU DID ACCEPT THEIR TROJAN DOWNLOADS AND ACCESS THEIR PORN SITE!

DO NOT SEND THESE (censored) A COPY OF YOUR CHILD'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE! ONLY A GOVERNMENT AGENCY CAN REQUIRE YOU TO DO THIS.

A MINOR CANNOT ENTER INTO A BINDING CONTRACT!

I VERY MUCH AGREE with Robert-Cottonwood, Arizona, who stated, "Webster's dictionary defines forced sex as RAPE. The first time they raped me and expected me to pay for it. The second time, I clicked the button stating that I was a MINOR. They RAPED A CHILD, and expected me to pay for it. I don't think Webster has a word for such a demented act."

A CHILD MOLESTER AND ALYON TECHNOLOGIES ARE ONE IN THE SAME!

Alyon Technologies has ILLEGALLY DOWNLOADED AND INSTALLED TROJAN ITEMS to your computer.

(Many have recommended saving these items to a disc prior to deleting them)

Search your computer for 'mini dialer' and 'iedisco.exe' and delete them. The mini dialer should be located next to your local Internet Service Provider. They have created a folder called 'eGroup'- find and delete it. They have also made MANY CHANGES to your Windows Registry. If you're technically knowledgeable, you may be able to manually remove these items from your Registry. I was unsuccessful in doing this, as no matter how many times I removed or deleted these items, they repeatedly re-appeared in my Windows Registry.

After reading through Rip-Off Reports, I downloaded SPYBOT S&D (with latest updates). This is a free program, and will find and remove ALL of Alyon/eGroup's TROJAN ITEMS.

SPYBOT S&D is available to download at the following site: http://www.spywareinfo.com/downloads.php#det

*Use At Your Own Risk*

Others have recommended "AdAware" from Lavasoft, another free program that will rid your computer of Alyon/eGroup's TROJAN ITEMS. AdAware can be downloaded at the following site: http://www.lavasoft.de/support/download/

AdAware Home Page: http://www.lavasoft.de/

For YOUR protection, first:

Write a Certified letter with RETURN RECEIPT to Alyon Technologies disputing the charges. This is very important because it establishes a record of your dispute. Also, call 201-865-7600 - Alyon's in New Jersey number - and tell them that 'you deny all knowledge of anyone using their web site'.

THE PROVEN CRIMINAL (censored)!

Alyon Technologies, Inc. and Electronic Group (eGroup)

Alyon Technologies, Inc. is located in Secaucus, New Jersey, with billing offices in Norcross, Georgia and Elizabeth, NJ. Electronic Group, or eGroup, located in Lyon, France, is the manufacturer/provider of Alyon's software. These companies have connections in the Netherlands, Spain, and Africa. Some fear that Alyon and eGroup may be using money collected through vile criminal tactics for other criminal means.

The FBI, FTC, and the Attorney General's Offices of the States of Georgia and Oklahoma are currently investigating Alyon Technologies. The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection is also investigating this company.

Innocent American families are being VICTIMIZED AND TERRORIZED in their own homes by this group of organized (censored). Alyon Technologies is sending (censored)bills to INNOCENT people all across this country for allegedly viewing "adult" content on the Internet. If you do not PROMPTLY pay these OUTRAGEOUS bills, you are sent harassing and threatening letters.

Over 750 Rip-Off Reports have been filed against Alyon Technologies within the last 90 days, on one web site alone: http://www.badbusinessbureau.com Alyon Technologies has complaints posted against them by nearly all fifty states in the USA. The founder/editor of Rip-Off Report has received over 3,000 emailed complaints against this company since November 2002.

Alyon Technologies is using the same method to TRAP customers as in the "Verity vs. FTC" (censored). FTC found them guilty of "slamming" and fined them 1.6 million dollars:
http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2002/11/integretel.htm

Mr. Stephane is the CEO of Alyon Technologies, Inc. After receiving HUNDREDS of complaints, WWOR TV in New Jersey decided to investigate. When the reporter asked Mr. Toubal about the many claims of Alyon's items literally "HI-JACKING" HUNDREDS of computers, he answered, "They are ALL (censored)". This man was referring to a CITY HALL in Oklahoma, a CHURCH in South Carolina, and the HUNDREDS of innocent victims of his CRIMINAL (censored). http://www.upn9.tv (Story aired 2/26/03)

Detective David Cheek (GCPD) was assigned to investigate the hundreds of complaints filed against Alyon Technologies. After completing his investigation in January 2003, he deemed the numerous cases 'unfounded'. HOWEVER, on February 26, 2003, WSBTV 2 in Atlanta launched an investigation on Alyon Technologies AND Detective Cheek. Detective Cheek stated, "I have not been able to recreate ANY of the claims made by these people." As the cameras were rolling, Alyon/eGroup's items automatically, self-downloaded and installed to DETECTIVE CHEEK'S computer-without his knowledge or consent. He was forced to admit the truth ON CAMERA.

In light of this irrefutable demonstration, Alyon Technologies was ordered to CEASE using Detective Cheek's report on March 11, 2003.

Alyon Technologies immediately began billing from a PO Box in Elizabeth, NJ.

Norton Works classifies Alyon/eGroup's products as "Nuissanceware and Dialerware that takes advantage of flaws in the computer web browser."

This was a planned CRIMINAL (censored): To plant SELF-DOWNLOADING and INSTALLING POP-UP ads all over the Internet OR send POP-UP spam emails, ILLEGALLY download and install FIREWALL KILLERS, SPYWARE, and TROJAN DIALERS, and then send (censored)bills to owners of the telephone lines.

However, they DID NOT plan on the HUNDREDS, IF NOT THOUSANDS, of innocent victims coming forward and filing complaints with: the News Media, FBI, FTC, FCC, IFCCFBI, Attorney General Offices, National Fraud Watch Center, Postal Inspection Services, Cybertipline, and many other Federal/State Agencies.

Alyon/eGroup's POP-UP ads and emails are programmed to automatically, self-download and install THEIR TROJAN ITEMS to ANYONE'S COMPUTER WITHOUT HIS/HER KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT. Internet Security experts have labeled this 'POP-UP' and 'DRIVE-BY' downloads/installations. These companies have managed to get around ALL PARENTAL CONTROLS and Internet security settings.

Some of the ILLEGAL downloads and installations include: elksoftfirewallkiller, IEAccess/IEAccess2, IDialClass, StripPlayer, I-Worm.sobig, mini dialer, openme.exe, forgetfirst, dialsecond, iedisco.exe, activestripsetup, ExitPopup, ExitPopUpUrl-http://auth.us.egwn.net/get-ani.php, ExitPopupCBUrl-http://usa-network.video-party.com, IEAccessUAH-http://www.normal.video-party.com, VLoading, xww.de, dial, killer, ACX_Install, and other malicious items. Many of these items SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES.

This is what spywareguide, pestpatrol, and doxdesk have to say about Alyon/eGroup and their products:

Electronic Group: Be extremely careful viewing pages made by these people: many of their pages exploit IE security holes (particularly the Content-Disposition zero-byte-in-extension bug) to insert their certificates into your Trusted Publishers list, allowing them to install their programs AUTOMATICALLY.

E-group uses security holes in Internet Explorer for installing their software. Seems to have a SECRET relationship with alyon.net (Alyon should be their competitor, but Alyon has it's support pages on egwn.net)

Products by Alyon/eGroup:
StripPlayer
Full Name: Strip Player Websearch Type: TROJAN DIALER
Also Known as: Strip-Player, StripSetup
Created by: Electronic Group (eGroup)
Danger Level: 4 Threat: Level 4
May profile users or broadcast data back to a server with ("opt-out") permission.
Removal: Nearly impossible to remove manually.
Properties: Stays resident in background.
Stealth: Hides itself from user.
Makes changes to browser setting without owners knowledge or permission.

Comment: Installed by ActiveX "DRIVE-BY" DOWNLOAD. Installation can happen TOTALLY AUTOMATIC on versions of Internet Explorer older than IE6 Service Pack 1, as a SECURITY HOLE is exploited to add the manufacturers, ELECTRONIC GROUP, to the list of publishers you trust, "ALLOWING THEM TO INSTALL ANY SOFTWARE THEY LIKE."

Security Issues: The "StripSetup" ActiveX control can be used on ANY PAGE, BY ANY AUTHOR, TO DOWNLOAD AND RUN ANY EXECUTABLE FILE. THERE ARE NO SECURITY CHECKS, WHATSOEVER.

IEAccess
Full Name: IEAccess Websearch Type: TROJAN DIALER
Also Known as: IEAccess2, IDialClass
Created by: Electronic Group (eGroup)
Danger Level: 4 Threat: Level 4
Removal: Nearly impossible to remove manually.
Properties: Stays resident in back ground
Stealth: Hides itself from user
Makes changes to browser setting without owners knowledge or permission.

Comment: Intalled by ActiveX "DRIVE-BY" DOWNLOAD. May be INSTALLED AUTOMATICALLY, WITHOUT PROMPTING, on Internet Explorer versions earlier than IE6 Service Pack 1, thanks to a SECURITY HOLE. The installer pages exploit this to run an EXE which adds "Electronic Group" to the list of trusted publishers, whose software IE will install AUTOMATICALLY, WITHOUT ASKING.

Security Issues: IEAccess adds its manufacturers to the Windows Trusted Publisher list. This means ANY WEB PAGE CAN MAKE SURE ANY SOFTWARE SIGNED BY "ELECTRONIC GROUP" GETS INSTALLED AUTOMATICALLY WHEN YOU VISIT IT. It is also suspected that it may be possible to use the IEAccess ActiveX control on ANY WEB PAGE TO CAUSE ARBITRARY UNSIGNED CODE TO BE EXECUTED.

More information on IEAccess, StripPlayer, and Electronic Group available at the following web site: http://www/doxdesk.com/parasite/

Information above provided by: Norton Works, www.doxdesk.com, www.pestpatrol.com, and www.spywareguide.com. There are several sites that also verify this information.

The so-called numerous "safeguards" Detective Cheek claimed WERE in place to prevent "unintentional access to the material provided by Alyon and eGroup NEVER APPEARED ON HUNDREDS OF COMPUTER SCREENS. There was NEVER an option to "AGREE" or "DISAGREE" TO ANYTHING. Alyon/eGroup's items ILLEGALLY, SELF-DOWNLOADED AND INSTALLED TO OUR COMPUTERS WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT.

When commenting about Alyon's billing practices, Jan Charter of the Federal Trade Commission stated, "It really amounts to theft. It's someone who didn't ask for this, you're getting charged for something you DID NOT buy."

The FBI has warned victims of this (censored) to keep a close watch on bank accounts and credit cards. These companies literally HI-JACKED personal information from our computers such as: names, addresses, and telephone numbers. There is great concern this could lead to future problems with IDENTITY THEFT.

Many innocent GRANDPARENTS who do not own a computer OR have Internet access are being sent these (censored)bills. There are also many DECEASED people allegedly visiting this 'adult' web site. A CITY HALL in Oklahoma was recently billed in excess of $300.00 for viewing 'adult content' on the Internet. A CHURCH in South Carolina was billed for viewing an 'adult' movie at 1:30 in the morning. A retired PASTOR was also recently billed for viewing "adult web content". Problem is, the family was out of town at the alleged time of viewing this trash. He asked, "Who did it? The cat?"

The OUTRAGE of this CRIMINAL (censored)is the fact that these companies are INTENTIONALLY planting DECEPTIVE 'POP-UP' ads on children/teen sites such as: www.playhousedisney.com and www.kaaza.com . Why would they target children/teen sites with these ads? Norton Works, doxdesk.com, pestpatrol.com and spywareguide.com answered this question. If a child or teen merely enters a site where these companies advertise, Alyon/eGroup's items will automatically self-download and install to their computers.

Who exactly IS Alyon Technologies/eGroup, and why do they hide behind PO Boxes? Why is there no valid contact names, addresses, or telephone numbers? Why won't they sign a name to a certified letter receipt or their emails? Why do they conduct all business affairs through mail or email ONLY? Why is there no REAL Customer Service Support to contact by phone? Why did they hide their faces when WWOR TV CAUGHT THEM BY SURPRISE? Why did Mr. Toubal DEMAND the video camera be turned OFF before agreeing to give a SHORT explanation of their billing practices?

Terror is defined as "such fear as agitates body and mind; dread; alarm; cause of fear." Alyon Technologies is committing acts of CYBER-TERRORISM against HUNDREDS of innocent American families-just when our GOVERNMENT is fighting the WAR ON TERROR.

In President George W. Bush's speech in regarding online safety, he stated, "The Internet is a remarkable technology. More than half of the nation is now online, and 75% of our CHILDREN are online. Sexual (censored) use the Internet to distribute pornography and obscenity. Every day, MILLIONS OF CHILDREN log on to the Internet, and every day we learn more about the evil of the world that has crept into it. In a single year, one in four children between the ages of 10 and 17 is voluntarily or INVOLUNTARILY exposed to pornography. One in five children receives sexual solicitation over the Internet. When a child's life or innocence is taken, a grave and unforgivable act has occurred.

We've got a WIDESPREAD problem, and we're going to deal with it. We're taking aggressive steps to protect children from exploitation and victimization. Our nation has made this commitment: ANYONE who targets a child for harm will be a primary target for law enforcement. Anyone who takes the life or innocence of a child will be punished to the full extent of the law."

Alyon Technologies is guilty of Violating COPA Law, Internet (censored), Identity Theft, and Computer Hacking. This company should be a primary target for law enforcement, and punished to the full extent of the law.
