I received my first phone bill with a charge from Alyon Technologies in March. There was a 20-minute telephone bill from Alyon billed through Integretel.com. The amount was for $99.80. I immediately called integretel and demanded credit for the amount. The date of the call was the day my brother was seriously injured in a four-wheeler accident and we were all at the hospital. No one was at home, so it was impossible for one of us to have placed the call.
My April phone bill reflects the credit, however, a new 20-minute call for another $99.80 was on this bill. This call was placed (according to Alyon) even earlier than the one charged the previous month. I began searching the internet for anything about this company and found Rip-Off Report. I was seriously considering paying these charges until I read your site.
I sat down two days ago using your instructions and removed all of their software, installed Spybot which removed even more crap from my hard drive and began filing online complaints. I have a letter (certified) I'll be sending to Alyon in the next 24 hours disputing all their charges and denying all knowledge of their company or software. I have also filed a dispute to the charges on Alyon's web site, but don't expect any results. Am amazed I got the last credit on my account!
