Nationwide Voice Mail, United VM, there are numerous VM services. Alyon Tech--on and on, check the sites. Integretel is right there as the middle man-between the phoney services who give you nothing for the money and your telephone provider (any one of various across the USA) All three "providers" know exactly what is going on. Odds are for every 100 of us protesting loudly to FCC & threatening suits, etc. there is 1 or 2 OR MORE yo-yo's out there with enough $$ to do so, blindly paying the billing because they
(1) just don't look
(2) their billing is a tax write off or pd. electronically, automatically. They all say, "we are just a billing agent" and pass the buck.
They know eventually they will be caught, but by then, they have their 3 way split for services NEVER wanted nor rendered. They have invested "their" $$, made their interest and when they are shut down by our SLOW legal system, they just walk away smiling, think of a new co. name and new (censored) .
Wouldn't it be sorrowful if our new "unregulated" legislative changes were financing ongoing terrorism? All of these bogus PO Boxes in various states and non-existant offices is the way these people work without being affiliated with any religous group which would by investigated first.
Appear American and you can slide thru the system! And new internet capabilities make it all possible. They have their own MLM's, just a different format.

I have experienced the same thing, a charge of 14.46 for a United Voice Mail service. My husband went to a pop up that stated $1,000.00 in free coupons, he says he clicked on it, read it and closed it. They say he filled out a two page authorization for a trial offer. The only difference with my story is the name of the company, which is ESBI. Same company??
