Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I saw a gorgeous ring that had everything I wanted and placed my order in rose gold. It took a VERY long time for them to make it and when I finally received it, it looked terrible. Not like the ring they had pictured more like a cheap imitation. It was missing a lot of the fine detail that was clear in their photos but was missing on the ring I got. The ring they advertised also had elegant rounded prongs(not like standard prongs) with a round cradle inside it for the diamond to sit on.

The ring I received had particularly large, bulky standard type prongs that looked terrible. they even overpowered a 2 carat stone and there was no cradle as advertised. The detail work that was there was sloppy. On top of everything there was even a patch of white on the rose gold ring. They couldn't even take the care to make sure the whole ring was rose gold as its supposed to be.

When I contacted them about it they didn't even clearly read my e-mails and would only address one out of multiple details on each message. All their responses were argumentative and said things like maybe I wasn't looking at it in the right lighting and that there other customers appreciate the changes they made from the advertised designs, saying that I should just be happy.

I was then told that they Photoshop their images to make them look better. That would be great except they outright added details that apparently don't exist on the ring they actually sell. The only thing they had to say is that I could send the ring back to them(at my expense) and they could see what they could do but saying the ring they sent was as they intended. They then said they could make the prongs thinner if that's what I really wanted.

The problem is that the prongs were outright of a different style/design than what they sent not just "thicker" and it also had a cradle that was missing outright. Not to mention the other missing detail work and the patch of white they wouldn't even address. They messed up. Sent something that was different than advertised and act like I'm crazy for actually wanted to get what they advertise.

Even though they messed up, I have to pay to send it back and if I want to return it they also deduct the original shipping cost, even though shipping is supposed to be free. For those of you who actually got what you were expecting that's great for you, problem is that you obviously can't always expect what is advertised from these people, and when they do mess up, they will not take responsibility. I eventually filed a PayPal dispute when it became clear these people would not handle this properly.
