alluraLUXE FACE & EYE CREAM SAID I WOULD ONLY TO PAY FOR SHIPPING & HANDLING Westminster California
NO MARCH 14,2018,2:35 p.m I RECIVED A CALL FROM THIS (ALLURALUXE FACE COMPANY ) STATING I would receive a 30 day's free trail of face cream & eye surum & ALL I WOULD HAVE TO DO IS pay 4.95 for one & 5.95 for the other for shipping & handling. In talking with the sales representative it sounded to good to be true, she said it would all be recored but never said anything about my card would be charged $178 if i didnt cancle my order with in 14 day's. Nor was there any imformation about this on the email or in the box it came in still have it & not only that but that 14 day's includes the time it get's to ou mail box.
On March the 28th at 10:04 a.m 6min & 19 sec call I called them to cancle my order because I had a really bad feeling about this, with in 5 minutes my bank call to tell me they were taking out $ 88.95. So they stopped it well again on March 28, 2018 i call them @ 9:27 p.m mountain time, I called again for 15 minutes & 30sec. phone call to cancle again but this time they were very rude & mean. Hunge up on me when I said it was being recored. Then on April 2,2018 they took out a total of $178.00 from my bank...so I had to cancle my card...over a scam from this company also reported them to BBB.
IT SEAMS A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE BEEN SCAMED BY THEM ALMOST EVERYONE SAY'S THE SAME THING. IT SAID FREE TRAIL. WAS NEVER TOLD ANY THING ABOUT THE 14 DAY CANCELLATION.
