Repeated Allstate Rip-offs *UPDATE Allsnake is how I refer to Allstate
I was involved in an accident three months ago with an Allstate insurer. The other party turned right from the left hand lane. Allstate continues to deny this claim but gives no reason why. They claim their insured contributed to the wreck but that I was the proximate cause.
How can this be if someone pulls infront of you? I have seen no evidence of why this claim has been denied. I
f someone would look at the evidence I am sure they would see Allstates insured was the proximate cause of the accident and that this accident could not have been avoided.
The police report even states the other party is at fault!

They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] Their name: Mary Edwards-Bailey Their phone number: 281 265 2533 Their relationship to the company: Consumer Suggestion Rebuttal: I too was involved in an accident with an Allstate insured and was told "she did not have coverage at the time of the accident". Also I was told I would have to file the accident with my insurance company. I pondered this since the insured was driving a 2001 Ford Exployer and was a recent college graduate. I shared this information with a attorney co-worker and he made some calls to Allstate and suddenly I was informed that they would accept the claim and cover the accident. Funny how that happened. ... Allsnake is how I refer to Allstate
