I did have a response when I called Ed Liddy, CEO of Allstate, his phone 847-402-5000 and his fax is 847-402-0169. He makes over $67,000 a day in compenstation as the CEO of Allstate, and I asked him to refrain from taking coffee breaks for one day, which would cover the entire cost of my damages. Settles within a week! Peter Johnson, the original victim on Carr Street. ps. I just purchased a new home owners policy from anothe company this morning, three months after my accident. Good luck to all.

I am currently experencing problems with the exact same Allstate Office. Best to Call corporate and file complaint, and file complaint with Illinois Department of Insurance.. My experience is just take care of it on your own, claims on your insurance record are worse than a Felony Charge.....

Peter, this is just another example of the insurance agencies being there for you to take your money, but then saying "wait- who are you again?" When it comes time to do their part...
Do everything you can think of to give them a bad name- this is a good start. In my "perfect world" you could sue to get back all those premiums you have paid for THE LAST 27 YEARS!!!
COMPANIES THAT ADVERTISE THE MOST, WILL RIPP YOU OFF THE QUICKEST!

Welcome to the club. After a bad hail storm Allstate sent an adjuster to check the damage on our home. All of the houses around me with worn out roofs were being re-roofed by the insurance companies (not Allstate). Our roof which was only a year old had only two damaged shingles according to the adjuster. The only people in town who had a problem were me and a neighbor that had Allstate. I finnaly after much arguing got a 50% damage on the roof. I no longer have Allstate for my insurance needs.
