Alloy ripoff I DO NOT RECCOMEND ANYONE TO ORDER ON LINE OR FROM THE ALLOY CATALOGUE Westerville Ohio
This Company needs to be reported for credit card fraud. I exchanged an item, paid for the shipping to return the item, on my exchange I ordered a new item, gave them my credit card # to pay the difference between the item I exchanged and the new item. I never received the new item, never received any correspondence, but had 2 charges on my credit card, 1 for the item I exchanged & never recveived the new item & 1 for the shipping, which I paid for.
The Company says they don't contact customers without an e-mail address, which I chose not to give them & they had me down for a merchandise credit, which I would have never known, if I didn't call inquiring where my merchandise was. This is clearly credit card fraud & very bad business ethics, I DO NOT RECCOMEND ANYONE TO ORDER ON LINE OR FROM THE ALLOY CATALOGUE!
