All Tune And Lube I cant believe there still in business???? Troy Michigan
I took my car there because it was idleing rough and there add for a engine diagnostic was cheaper then anywhere else, first mistake. So Fred tells me four of the six of my fuel injectors are bad and all need to be changed. 2 weeks later he calls me and says its ready. I go to pick it up and its worse then it was. So he checks it again and says the heads on the left were clogged and needed to be machined, did that went to pick it up and no change except when I popped the hood there were tools left behind and a couple of vacum hoses weren't reconnected. So I take it for a ride and I realize the car is starting to overheat, so I take it back and they take it for a ride and the water pump goes out. So $2000.00 later the car is still sitting in my garage undriveable. I tried disputeing it with the credit card company I used and they say as long as he is still willing to work on it theres nothing they can do? I told them I wouldn't let him touch the car again. Then I filed a complaint with the BBB and they tell me to take it to another shop and see whats wrong with it and see if he did the work that he said he did. Next I'm fileing a report with the Michigan Department of State Bureau of Regulatory Services through the Secratery of State website. My advise would be to stay away from any All Tune And Lube!!!!!!!!!!
