I have moved a total of 11 times with various moving companies, and have had my share of experiences. However, my last move with All Points Moving Solutions of Denver Colorado is hands down the worst experience I have ever had. All Points represents Stevens Van Lines, as its agent in Colorado. I had used Stevens several times in the past including my military moves with good results. So I want to clarify, that the problems I had where directly due to the actions, or
non-actions of All Points Moving Solutions, and not Stevens Van lines.

My move with All Points was a total chaotic mess.

1. The crew was over 3hrs late arriving, yet tried to charge me from the original start time.

2. Bill Conner (who said he was an Owner of the company) was very rude, and abusive on the phone, and even cussed at me.

3. Steve Hill ( who also said he was the owner), was nice on the phone, but really was totally clueless in regards to what was going on. I think he was some employee that was forced to take a phone call with a mad customer since Bill Conner was to immature to do so himself.

4. I was quoted $1100.00 by Bill Roberts who sold himself as an ex-driver and professional. My actual move charges where $3,600.00 or over 3x the estimated amount.

5. I purchased Full coverage Valuation at $75,000.00 and a $0 deductible in case of damages. During the move the crew did over $9235.57 worth of damage to my old house ( per repair receipts), $5432.36 worth of damage to my new house (
per receipts), and a total of $2,345.16 worth of damage to my furniture ( per receipts).

This is where my real reason for writing this comes in to play.

When I filed my claim, in writing per the guidelines established by BILL CONNER I first got no response for over 3 weeks. I was than told that my claim had not been received, and that mail was unreliable ( I hand delivered the original to the office to a lady named Marie I did not mail it. When I informed BILL CONNER of this he told me he would need to call me back. 2 more weeks went by without a response. I called back and once again spoke with BILL CONNER. This time MR.
CONNER pretended to know me, and said that I had the wrong company. I called back again and got his voice mail. 3 days later I tried again, and got Marie on the phone. When I told her I had a claim issue, she put me to STEVE HILL. After
sitting on hold for several minutes Steve picks up. I explained my problem, and issues. At this point Steve tells me that I had no coverage and that ALL POINTS MOVING SOLUTIONS is not responsible. My estimate and my final bill both clearly
state that I have full coverage. I can see I am not getting anywhere with STEVE HILL, who again seems to be totally clueless on how to do whatever it is that he is supposed to do. I call back and again get BILL CONNNER. At this point
BILL CONNER tells me in very direct words " WE will net pay your claim, sue us if you think you can win". I will nto go into details of the conversation, accept to say that BILL CONNER is a very unprofessional, vulgar and in general a scum bucket.

In the end, I paid out over 3x the estiamted amount, and had over $17,000 in damage to my houses and goods. ALL POINTS MOVING SOLUTIONS did nothing to uphold there end of the contract. The owners ( assuming Bill & Steve are
the actual owners), are incompetant, and flat out crooks and scam artists.

ANYONE MOVING, especially in Colorado please avoid this company at all costs.

People like this need to closed down, as they give other honest businesss in the same industry a bad reputation.
