A service industry should know that the customer is always right. They have lazy employees and rude ownership. I too own a company and understand that you can not control your employees every move. I explained that to Mr. Green and he said that the effort that people put in when they work is subjective. To have an employee quit on a job and pout arount and finally come back and work again tells me that he wasn't giving me an effort worth $100.00 per hour. I had paid up front and was told that I would recieve a discount. Mr. Green denided me that payment after the job was finished.

SO you know, I asked for one hour of repayment. They were there for 6 hours and the job should have taken 4 that is what they told me they thought it would take. They were also 1 1/2 hours late.

Mr. Greens company is poorly run, has a total lack of communication and in general a waste of money. I feel that I was not given a fair deal and I would hope that after reading this you would not use this company.

Because Drew did not give us his last name, I can not address his specific move. The only Drew that moved with our company was in November 2002, after the date of this posting. The important issue is that we are very concerned about customer satisfaction and the quality of moving services we provide our customers. On an annual basis, we move about 1500 families in the state of Indiana. About 35% of our business comes to us from referrals and 27% are repeat customers. We have received awards from the Better Business Bureau for "Quality" service. In 2002, we had 3 complaints to the BBB in 1500 moves. I would like to address Drew's specific issues, but I didn't move a Drew in July of 2002 unless the move was booked in his wife's name. Without a last name, there is no way to adress his specific complaint.
