Sept, 12 2018 Resort world pass complaint We were approach at Austin home show to win a free cruise. You had to attend a vacation presentation On Sat Sep 8/18. Needless to say after 1 ½ hr we bought a package $5000.00 for 4 weeks of vacations. I felt under pressure to accept my husband saw only big saving for vacation in the future 25% to 50% off and more then that on last minute sale. The sale person was pushing to close. I mention twice it was not for us. I did not want the package. The company were close on Monday. I could not speak to anyone to cancel, They send me the password for the site on Tuesday Sep 11/18. I went online check what they had to offer. Under curiosity You would have to be on vacation all the time to save the $5000. plus you have a fee of $199.00 per year for the membership. I ask to speak to the person that sold us the membership. I told him I wanted to cancel and be refunded that it was not what I was expecting, the vacation were high price, hotel price were inflated and not available to all the location or date. He continue to put pressure and say if you find something cheaper we have 110% policy on the difference. I did not understand the system someone or him could teach me the web site. I have been working on computer most of my life I know how to walk through a web page. I transfer the telephone to my husband since I was not getting anywhere to cancel for a refund. He said to my husband, they had done lots of work for us and they had no refund policy in the contract. They told him again they would help me with the web site. Hope you read this message before buying into resort world pass. It is a rip off. Aline Guyon
