This is hands down the most corrupt company that I have ever delt with!!!! Everything that has been said about them on here is true! I cant even get a return phone call or email from them regarding my bills. They disconnet you, put you on hold or switch you to another person's( Director of Claims - Terry Moore) voicemail... but he wont answer or call back either. Now I have email documentation that they dont respond to either. They dont fall uder the Department of Insurance regulations, so you have no recourse, except in their arbitration/court system in Atlanta!!! Good Luck with that. They also claim that the benefits which you bought your plan under do not exsist, lol, which I have in writing and have provided to them!!!
DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PLAN.... unless you never paln to use it!!!!
NOW COMPLAINING TO THE BBB... WILL SEE IF IT GOES ANYWHERE
