Albertson's Albertson's Pharmacy Reckless? Alamogordo New Mexico
Albertson's Pharmacy continues to incorrectly fill my prescriptions and each time they tell me it won't happen again, but it does. It appears they are not taking the time to read the prescriptions properly and this could leed to them giving a customer the wrong prescription or dose and possibly lead to death.
I contacted Albertson's corporate headquarters more than once but it appears they don't care, because they refuse to even respond. Both the corporate management and the pharmacy act as if I am being unreasonable to expect the pharmacy to fill my prescriptions or any other customers prescriptions properly. It is my understanding that it is the main function and responsibility of a pharmacist to see that prescriptions are filled properly. I find this behavior and lack of response from this corporation and the pharmacy reckless, irresponsible, and dangerous, and it leeds me to believe that this lack of concern for the customer is acceptable at all Albertson's Pharmacies.
