Albany Care Doesn't care about patients or the public; they care about making money Evanston Illinois
Albany Care is a treatment facility that takes care of people with mental illness. They are located in the northern sububs of Chicago. However, this facility doesn't really care about the patients, or the public for that matter; they just care about making money.
There have been numerous documented issues with their residents becoming violent, committing all sorts of crimes (including aggravated battery, sexual assault, etc) and the management of the location allows some of its residents to enter the community and panhandle people up and down Main St. Whether or not the people who have been accused of committing these crimes are allowed into the public is unknown; one of the panhandlers that they DO allow out can be extremely pushy. The Evanston Police have been at that facility NUMEROUS TIMES to deal with violent patients as well, including a recent incident where I saw at least FOUR squad cars (including a supervisor vehicle) in front of the location.
I have made numerous calls to the facility to report these residents panhandling people, and have called the local police several times to report this. Calls to the facility are answered with a "We will send a staff member to check out the situation" but the next day, lo and behold, the same people who I have reported are back out on Main St., doing the SAME EXACT THING that I reported. The Evanston Police have their hands tied (so to speak) regarding this matter; unless the person is being violent, all they can do is taken the person back to the facility, just to let the staff let that person out again the next day.
I am truly waiting for the day one of their residents attacks a member of the public. And when this does happen, and it will, because of the non-chalant attitude of the staff and management, they will be sued, and if the victim's lawyer is smart, he will subpoena all the police reports about this place, and Albany Care will lose a lot of money in the long run, because they won't do anything about their residents harassing the members of the general public.

This is what I experienced and what you can expect from their SSRIs and Antidepressants:
Restlessness
Insomnia
Anxiety
Akathesia
Brain Damage
Suicidal and or Homicidal Ideation / Action
Why are these poisons legal?
They are legal so these misguided and dangerous people and places can have jobs, so psychiatrists can charge hundreds of dollars per hour, so social workers can have jobs and these so called "proferssionals" can make a living at your expense.
All this profit-driven behavior and reckless prescribing of these poisons is so they can addict you to their business model and drugs and keep the money coming in.
Wake up and wean yourselves off of this madness, which is the main reason for the mass-shootings in our country and other problems, like crime along with opioid abuse. Sick, sick, sick!!!
