Satisfaction guaranteed on website and all work guaranteed on my receipt. My mirror was installed off center by their tech. I spoke with the owner or more accurately the tech as the owner said nothing and walked away after the tech simply said there was adjustments to the mirror. My reply was the adjustments were at their limits and I couldn't see properly. Let me explain. It's a Wink full view mirror with 5 panels and 2 mounts on the windshield with adjustments in all directions. It was mounted 2 " off center and one side high 1/2". The install cost $30 and no offer to move or return my money, just it has adjustments and that's it. I saw online this company made over 4,000,000 and has 20 employees gives all work guarantee and satisfaction guarantee. Also in the lobby a sign says " You may not remember what was said or done but you will remember how you were treated ? I will remember how I was treated and what was said and done. I have the time, court is next. Should be interesting. But surely a slam dunk. You'd think their time would be more economical. Last thought. A good review means you got it right and a bad one means your human. It's how mistakes are handled. Read the bad ones to see who they are when things don't work out.
