Purchased upgrade, license didn't work because I got a new computer. Called company. He asked if I backed everything up. Told him I did, but wasn't sure if it was done correctly, he said it would cost me $35 for help. I made a comment about being charged for that and he went completely insane crazy! Called me a f*ing b***h, f"ing salon owner, and then told me he was cutting off my license. He hung up, I called back asked for manager, he said he was the owner and proceeded to call me names and yell at me again at the top of his lungs. My husband was standing across the room and could hear him yelling at me on the phone. He demanded an apology, but would not let me talk. Then hung up on me again.
