AKAI sent it repair center 3 month ago, but never send it back to me Santa Monica California
I purchased AKAI 32 inch LCD TV from ecost.com, and after 15 days, its screen got scrambled and not working properly. I called Ecost.com and they had me to contact AKAI, because I had warranty for it. So I conatcted them and they had me send the tv to their repair center. I sent it on Aug 30 , 2007, and today is December 7th 2007, they have never sent my tv back yet.
I called cusomer service center sevral times, but they say I need to wait 10 weeks for the delivery, but it's been more than 10 weeks, and they changed their web site and delete their customer service contact number.
