ADVANTA BANK CORP. ripoff: Suckered me into 9.9% to transfer other cards then raised rate to 22% tricked and lied to us abused & mistreated rip-off scam Salt Lake City Utah
WARNING!
ADVANTA BANK offered 9.9% to transfer balances from other cards then after a few months they accuse you of having a late payment then raise your rate to 22% or more. It is very mysterious that the date they would receive your payment was usually one day after it was due. I started mailing it 5 days before due date, then tried 10 days but that still did not work.
I called their customer 'no' service line for months and was talked to like a dog. When I ask to have my rate lowered back, the little twirp responded with "You were late, and we don't give deadbeats good rates". Now I am getting letters from their Lawyers threating to sue me. I say bring it own I am ready for a fight with these scum bags!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
