WHAT IF A $40 CHARGE WAS JUST ADDED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD W/O YOUR KNOWLEDGE?
This was my problem with the above company--AND I WAS NEVER MADE AWARE OF IT. NOBODY CALLED ME! IT JUST SHOWED UP ON MY BILL!
Like most cellular phone owners, I've paid my bill without question. As of several months ago, I noticed that I wasn't using my phone as much as I had previously estimated. I called MCI and asked how much it would to switch to a different plan and they said, "NOTHING."
Then, this month, there is a bill for $40. They first gave me every excuse and then found that their was a small clause on the back of the agreement that says that they can essentially CHARGE YOU ANYTHING for any changes on your plan.
DON'T BE STUPID. PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!
