As much as I despise lawyers, especially plaintiff's lawyers, I'm ready to jump in head first if a class-action lawsuit is started against Cybernet Ventures. Here's what I know: My credit card was charged $29.95 by a company called "acmovie.com" even though I've never heard of them, nor have I EVER bought their kind of material, or anything like that over the internet. When I found the company, they said "oh, looks like a person in Florida (I'm in Texas) used your credit card # and ordered adult website access with your CC info". They provided me with the name (supposedly) of the woman in Florida, and I tracked her down easily. Turns out she never heard of the site either, and was quite upset that someone had used her name to steal with my credit card. How in the hell did anybody with half a brain at Cybernet Ventures approve a credit card sale using a card belonging to a MAN in Texas, coupled with a WOMAN'S name in Florida? The FACTS: Cybernet Venture's local phone number is (818) 947-1825 and despite what they tell you, they are NOT located in Encino, California on Ventura Blvd. They are located somewhere in Van Nuys, California and they are hiding their actual physical address. As soon as I find it, and I will, I am turning over all info to the Van Nuys police department and I will also publish Cybernet Ventures real address for all to see. Their CEO's name is Laith Alsarraf. I was lucky: my credit card company has already reversed the charges, but I went through hell trying to get it done and trying to find out more about these "Cybernet Ventures" slugs. It's not over... these slugs stole $29.95 from the wrong person. Class action suit? Count me in!
